Bio-Trim is a combination supplement that has been scientifically designed to counteract the nutritional imbalances individuals experience when losing weight. Bio-Trim is free from stimulants and should not produce unpleasant side effects. Bio-Trim works on four major areas of the body which need to optimised in order to lose weight; energy production, digestion, fat metabolism and sugar balance.

The four active ingredients in the product are co-enzyme Q10, Garcinia cambogia, Carnitine and Chromium. Co-enzyme Q10 helps maintain the body’s energy production when dietary intake is reduced. Garcinia cambogia, a hard dark brown dried fruit, which is used for culinary purposes in India, provides a substance called Hydroxycitric acid (HCA). HCA naturally helps reduce the process in which the body converts carbohydrates into fat. Carnitine helps shuttle fat into muscle where it is converted to ATP, the universal biological energy currency. Chromium, with Glucose Tolerance Factor, (GTF), stops the craving for foods with a high sugar content by improving the body’s own regulatory control of blood sugar levels. Bio-Trim is designed to complement the diet nutritionally at times of weight loss. As opposed to crash diets that are based on a drastic cut of food intake, Bio-Trim aims at long term weight reduction. This allows the body to safely loose 1-3lbs per week when following a health diet.

It is recommended that you take 3 tablets of Bio Trim in the morning before breakfast with plenty of water or 1 tablet half an hour before a meal (three times per day) again with plenty of water. Diabetics may find the second method most suitable, due to the effect that the product has on sugar levels. There are many slimming products on the market which claim to promote weight loss, none of which offer an easy solution. Bio-Trim is not an all-encompassing solution for losing weight.
