Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose.

Capsule Information: Vegetarian (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sorbitol, silicon dioxide and water).

Serving Size: 1 Capsule.

Suggested Adult Intake: Take two capsules daily with food, or as directed.

Cautions: Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Pregnancy / Nursing: Safe at 100mg a day.
