Opti3 offers a true alternative to fish oil omega-3 by providing both EPA and DHA to the body. EPA and DHA are the correct omega-3 forms required by the body, allowing rapid incorporation into plasma and membrane lipids.

Oily fish are rich sources of omega-3 EPA & DHA, but this is actually due to their diet of algae. Our exclusive Opti3 complex is a novel combination of algae and plant-based ingredients to provide the body with EPA & DHA. The balanced and innovative complex provides the maximum EU permitted daily algal DHA dose (200mg) and EPA both directly and partly through a proven conversion from Stearidonic acid (SDA). I'm a vegan, can I take Opti3?
Yes. Opti3 is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans, as it contains 100% natural ingredients. The product is registered Opti3 with the Vegan and Vegetarian Societies, having submitted full product and ingredient details to both for approval.

Opti3 is free from wheat, dairy and sugar-based ingredients. It is 100% free from toxins and contaminants. Allergies to fish oil are usually associated to proteins in fish, so such individuals should be fine to take Opti3 (although we recommend consulting your Doctor first).

Opti3 does contain a soy-derived antioxidant. If you do have a Soy-allergy, please seek medical advise before taking Opti3.

When shouldn't I take Opti3?
Opti3 is designed to be suitable for everyone, but if you are taking blood thinning drugs (e.g. Warfarin), please speak to your Doctor before taking Opti3 or indeed any nutritional supplement. If you are taking anticoagulant or antihypertensive medications, please do not take Opti3 or any Omega-3 supplements.

Allergy Advice
Opti3 contains soy derived natural antioxidants. It is free from sugar, wheat and dairy products.

Warning Always consult your doctor before taking any supplements. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Dosage and instructions: For best results, take 1-2 capsules per day with food. 2 capsules provides the following dosage of Omega-3 fatty acids, which includes the maximum EU permitted dose of DHA. Capsules can be pierced and the oil added to food if this is preferred.
