Lamberts Iron 14mg

We specifically chose iron in the citrate form as it is readily absorbed and highly bioavailable. Consequently, the problem of constipation, caused so often by other forms of iron supplements, is avoided, resulting in the benefit of improved patient compliance. Each tablet provides 14mg of iron.

Tableted with:

DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.

Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.

1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal. 

Caution: This product contains iron, which , if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.

Over 20mg of iron may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
