Nelsons Noctura contains a unique selection of homeopathic remedies, specifically combined to bring soothing relief from insomnia. A bad night's sleep is often the result of stress. A refreshing, natural night's sleep will help reduce that stress. Take two tablets four hours before retiring and two tablets immediately before retiring. A further two tablets may be taken during the night if required. Tablets to be sucked or chewed.
