What diet plan do i need to be following?
You must keep a balanced diet. We suggest whilst taking dida that you reduce the intake of foods which may disturb the micro-biological balance in the body. Foods to try and avoid include alcohol, yeast, sugar and carbohydrates (white bread).
Can I take dida if I am taking prescribed medication?
