Psyllium’s effect on serum cholesterol levels has been tested in numerous studies and has proven to be quite substantial in lowering blood cholesterol levels.

Directions
Add two spoonfuls (10g) of FibreDetox in a large glass of water. Mix thoroughly.
The powder will not completely dissolve due to the high fibre content of the formula.
Drink immediately and follow the dosage with another glass of water. The water will help the fibre bulk and work more effectively.
Dosage to be taken two/three times a day for three days. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
It is advised that you drink 2 litres of water every day.
