Take one tablet daily as required with a meal.

 Ingredients Soya flour extract produced from non-genetically modified soya beans, microcrystalline cellulose, stabiliser: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, boron gluconate chelate, vitamin E, niacin (as niacinimide), anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, selenomethionine*, vitamin B6, folacin, riboflavin, thiamine (as thiamin hydrochloride), vitamin B12, colours: titanium dioxide, caramel. (*Trituration with dicalcium phosphate.) Contains no lactose, gluten, preservatives or yeast.
