EPA and DHA are the key omega 3 fatty acids, important for maintaining a healthy heart and arteries, supporting brain function and to help sustain flexible joints. GLA is a key omega 6 fatty acid which helps maintain hormone balance, helps keep the blood and blood vessels healthy and helps maintain normal blood.
