Udo’s Choice is now established as the UK’s market leading nutritional oil blend. Udo’s Choice was developed by Dr Udo Erasmus, generally regarded as one of the world ’s leading experts on dietary fats. Udo’s Choice delivers a balanced 2:1 ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6. It is a unique blend of oils and minor ingredients that meet all of the Essential Fatty Acid needs of your body. Udo’s Choice is made from the oils of certified organic flax, sunflower and sesame seeds, with unrefined oils from the germs of rice and oats, evening primrose oil and GMO-free lecithin. The oil has a pleasant nutty taste and adds flavour to any dish such as pasta or rice, but it must not be used for cooking.

Udo’s Choice should be kept refrigerated and consumed within eight weeks of opening. It can be frozen for up to 18 months to extend shelf life.
