Dextrose, Starch, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Colour: Titanium Dioxide), Cellulose, Sucrose, Magnesium Stearate.
Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.
1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening. Take with a glass of milk or water, or with a meal. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks; heat kills bacteria.
