FreeCarb, derived from white kidney beans, naturally inhibits the digestion of approximately 60% of the starch you eat, when taken 1/2 an hour before a meal. The undigested starch travels through the digestive system, where it provides bulk similar to fibre, and is then eliminated. Diabetics should monitor their blood sugar level carefully and may need to lower their insulin intake.
 
Two tablets typically provide: 1000mg Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer. 1000mg Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer.

Suggested intake: Take 1 to a maximum of 8 tablets per day.
