PernatonŽ Capsules contain 350mg PernaŽ extract, a therapeutic product from the sea used to help maintain healthy joints. PernaŽ extract is a source of high grade Glycosaminoglycans (GAG's) and also contains small amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids, minerals and 18 vital L-amino acids.

Nutritional Information: 6 CAPSULES provide: Protein 948mg, Carbohydrate 420mg, Fat 318mg, Energy 36kJ/8.4cal Directions for use: As a food supplement for adults take 3 capsules a day for the first three months. If necessary, the dosage can be increased to 6 capsules.
After three months 2 capsules a day. Capsules should be taken with food. Store in a cool dry place, below 30°C, out of reach of children. Before taking this product please consult your G.P. if on any prescribed medication. Please do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a replacement for a balanced and varied diet.
