CA Concentrate contains 21g of natural fruit sugars per 30ml serving. Montmorency cherries have a low Glycemic Index (GI) score of 54 (any score less than 5 is considered low) thus producing only a mild rise in blood sugar levels. Our Dried Cherries have a moderate GI score of 58. CherryActive Capsules contain less than 0.5g of carbohydrate per capsule, so may be more appropriate for diabetics to take.
