Osteocare^® is available in both tablet and liquid form. The liquid version is ideal for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets, and for younger children.

Osteocare^® Liquid -

INFANTS: (6-12 months) ½ teaspoonful twice daily.
CHILDREN: (1-2 years) 1 teaspoonful twice daily.
CHILDREN: (3-12 years) 2 teaspoonfuls 2-3 times daily.
ADULTS: (men & women) 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily are recommended.

Osteocare^® has no known side effects when taken as directed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Osteocare^® liquid contains the following active ingredientsper 2 x 5ml:
Calcium 300 mg; Magnesium 150 mg; Zinc 6 mg and Vitamin D(150 IU) 3.8 mcg;
Osteocare^® liquid is free from artificial colourings, alcohol, gluten, lactose, fat, salt and yeast.

Osteocare^® liquid contains approximately 20.4 Kcals or 87 KJ's per adult daily dose (ie. per 2 teaspoonfuls, twice daily).

The calcium in Osteocare^® is in the form of calcium carbonate, which provides the highest concentration of elemental calcium possible in a supplement. This means that Osteocare^® can provide the full RDA of calcium and other minerals without the need to take lots of tablets. The calcium carbonate used is of high pharmaceutical grade from a natural source. To prevent possible contamination with metals such as lead, oyster calcium and bone-dolomite have not been included in the Osteocare^® formulation.

It is important to select a calcium supplement such as Osteocare^® , which includes calcium in combination with other synergistic co-factors such as magnesium. The presence of the mineral magnesium, as well as being an important nutrient for the maintenance of healthy bones, is also scientifically known to help reduce the risk of calcium stone formation.

Osteocare^® has been carefully formulated so that it can be used in combination with any other product in Vitabiotics' multivitamin and mineral product range, or other food supplements such as garlic, EPO, fish oil etc.. However, for maximum results we recommend Osteocare^® is taken at a separate time of the day, at least an hour apart from your main Vitabiotics' multivitamin supplement
