Lamberts Osteoguard Synergy

Osteoguard® Synergy is a source of dietary fibre which as it passes through the bowel is believed to help regulate the pH level, providing the optimum conditions for calcium absorption. Impressively, trials have indicated that taking just 8g daily can increase dietary calcium absorption by 20%. 

The active ingredient in Osteoguard® Synergy is a special carbohydrate called inulin that is naturally present in some vegetables. We use inulin derived from chicory root. It is a sweet soluble powder that easily dissolves in hot drinks or delicious sprinkled onto cereals or puddings. In fact it tastes so good that many people prefer to just take it off the spoon.
