Solaray Hyaluronic Acid is enteric coated, which helps the capsules survive the stomach acid and pass into the small intestine where it is absorbed. This formula contains Ascorbic Acid to further assist metabolism of Hyaluronic Acid.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule one to two times daily with a meal or glass of water.
