A natural progression from vitamin enriched external beauty products, Perfectil® advanced nutrient tablets have been developed by doctors, with input from nutritionists at the University of Reading, Department of Nutrition, to provide deep nourishment for skin, scalp, and nail tissues.
Each tablet contains 24 nutrients to help maintain optimal cell maintenance and cell renewal, along with antioxidants to help protect delicate tissues from the ageing effects of the sun. For radiant beauty, Perfectil® also provides natural plant extracts with a proven role in maintaining a healthy complexion, and vitamins and minerals essential to healthy blood circulation and strong tissue formation.
Antioxidant vitamins C, E and beta-carotene are included in the Perfectil® formula, are “valuable agents” in preventing such damage. Vitamin C is particularly important since it plays an integral role in collagen synthesis – the substance that keeps skin supple and taut. Carotenoids, which are natural protectors found in fruit and vegetables, also help bolster the skin’s resistance to UV damage. Perfectil® provides a full spectrum of key nutrients for hair and nail formation, including B vitamins which may help reduce nail fragility, excessive dryness and ridges, and minerals such as selenium, silicon and zinc, which are important for nail development and strength. Biotin and copper, essential to hair growth and hair follicle formation, are also included. In a trial conducted over a three month period, 84% of women found Perfectil® to be effective in helping to improve the growth and strength of their nails. | Can Perfectil® be taken simultaneously with medicines? | Generally, Perfectil® may be used along-side medications because it contains only moderate levels of vitamins and minerals, and it is free of any drugs or hormones. | | How and when should Perfectil® be used? | One tablet per day is recommended with your main meal. Swallow with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Taking the tablet with a large meal maximises the absorption of the nutrients, and can reduce nausea, which is sometimes experienced if multivitamins are taken on an empty stomach. Perfectil® should only be taken on a full stomach. Always ensure that Perfectil® is taken with plenty of liquid to wash the tablet down, and not tea or coffee as this may cause the tablet to disintegrate too early.
| | Are there any undesired effects whilst taking Perfectil® ? | Perfectil® has no known side effects when taken as directed. Do not exceed the recommended tablet intake. In case of overdose, seek medical advice immediately.

| | How long does it take to experience any benefits in the condition of the skin, hair and nails? | Results vary amongst individuals, but in most cases we would expect the beneficial effects of the vitamins and minerals in Perfectil® to build over several weeks, with noticeable results in one to three months. A regular intake is recommended. There is no maximum length of time over which Perfectil® may be used.
